Property Description
Indian Creek is an excellent location west of Disney near Splendid China in the sought after Formosa Gardens area of Kissimmee. It`s a quiet spot away from the traffic of Hwy 192 but still very close to everything.
A childrens play area, soccer pitch, basketball court and tennis court are available for guests to use. Within 2 minutes drive you will find a 24 hour supermarket and a good selection of shops and restaurants.
Disney can be reached in about 5 minutes, Universal Studios is about 25 minutes drive away and Sea World can be reached in about 15 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, gulf coast beaches are about 60 minutes away and Orlando International airport is 25 minutes drive.

Spent a lovely relaxing fortnight here. A nice quiet location and the fencing around the yard makes it very secluded. Very clean and comfortable with excellent wi-fi access and a comfy bed. It had everything we needed for a self catering holiday and the pool was our favourite feature, so nice to cool off at the end of the day. The management company were brilliant from booking to departure, making everything so easy.
It had been a couple of years since our last visit and we were impressed with the new developments just down the 192. More amazing places to get a superb meal and a little bit of shopping, everything almost on the doorstep.
There were just the two of us staying on this occasion, but we would love to return with our grandchildren in the future, for the property is so child friendly, and even has a small play park across a quiet residential street. Perfectly located it had Easy and quick access into Disney, whilst everything else is only a short drive away. Thank you for a delightfully relaxing and comfortable home.

Perfect house for our family of five with room for more if needed. Nice area and close to everything. We loved the pool area and especially the hot tub when it got a little chilly. Everything was very clean and enjoyable!

The home was super clean and comfortable. This was a working vacation and the wi-fi worked great!! The beds were comfortable, the pool area had a table and chairs for eating/working outside and comfortable lounge chairs by the pool. The grill was really nice to use, the neighborhood was quiet, but close enough to shopping and attractions. The photographs are accurate. The house is spacious and nicely decorated. My husband and I don't watch TV, but there were plenty of TVs. Great washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The con's which were very minor, were there was only one washcloth (but plenty of towels), the knives were very dull, no dish sponge or coffee filter (please at least provide 1 coffee filter). Also, the spa heater and pool had some heating issues, but once the office was properly notified, they sent someone over right away. I would highly recommend this house and would love to visit again!! Thank you for a wonderful comfortable home with good service!!
