Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa at Rolling Hills includes a massage chair, complimentary pool heat and BBQ.

Bedroom 1 – Magical Memories is a king master with a T.V and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

Bedroom 2 is a king master with a T.V and en-suite bathroom with walk – in shower, dual sinks and separate bathtub.

Bedroom 3 is a themed Frozen room with 2 twin beds with a T.V and access to a shared bathroom.

Bedroom 4 is a themed Star Wars room with 2 twin beds and a T.V, and a shared bathroom.

The family room has a large comfortable sofa, a massage chair, and a large TV for you to enjoy.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need from Mickey/Minnie crock pot, Star Wars waffle maker, Mickey/Minnie toaster, copper chef pans, Keurig and pods, coffee pot, ninja blender, bottle warmer, toddler dishes, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge freezer.

The dining room has a table which seats 6.

The kitchen counter provides seating for 3.

There is a screened pool and spa which has complimentary heat during your stay along with railings to assist with getting in and out of the pool and spa. The spacious pool deck offers no rear neighbors, a lanai with BBQ, sun loungers, a table and chairs.

There is a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer and supplies for your use.

The phone is free for incoming calls plus local calls are also free. If you need to ring long distance or International you will need to purchase a calling card from a store. There is free Wi-Fi, along with a wireless printer.

Rolling Hills is located in the Formosa Gardens area, minutes from Margaritaville close to Disney and is one of the premier vacation spots in the Orlando area.

Just a few minutes away is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village which has shops and a good selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House, Buffalo Wild Wings, Carrabba's, Cracker Barrel, Taco Bell, Subway and Red Lobster.

Nearby Rolling Oaks Common is home to a Super Target supermarket, Ross, TJ Max, Olive Garden, On The Border, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Logan’s, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Pollo Tropical, Panda Express, Bonefish Grill, Hooters, Orlando Ale House and Applebee’s. Also, Publix Supermarket and a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart are close by.

Disney can be reached in about 10 minutes, Universal Studios in about 25 minutes and SeaWorld in about 20 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, gulf coast in about 60 minutes and Orlando International is 25 minutes.
