Westhaven is located close to the US27-I4 intersection and is well placed for shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your villa.

Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

Fully re-modeled in 2013 with new flooring, paint and furniture our luxury vacation home has it's own private, oversize swimming pool and hot tub which is fully screened and overlooking conservation.

A section of the patio is under cover to provide shady areas when required and good quality pool furniture is provided.

The two storey accommodation comprises four large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The property also has a spacious family room, fitted kitchen and a separate lounge with formal dining area. There is also a large double garage attached. There is a utility room which houses a washing machine and drier.

The master bedroom on the second floor is fitted with a king size bed and has its own TV. It also has an en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk in shower cubicle and bath. Guests in this bedroom have the luxury of their own private balcony overlooking the pool and conservation area beyond.

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and also has it's own TV.

A third twin bedroom is available also with it's own TV.

The fourth bedroom has a double bunk bed also with it's own TV.

Your luxury vacation home is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned with ceiling fans.

The garage has a slate bed pool table.

High speed wireless internet access allows you to surf the internet for free during your stay.

The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
