Sandy Ridge is located in Davenport which is a new area of Orlando close to the I4 and the US 192. The theme parks are all within a 20 minute drive with the closest being Walt Disney World, which can be reached in just over 15 minutes, the furthest being Universal, a mere 20 minute drive away. In between you will find Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Wet n` Wild. The various malls in Orlando are also within easy reach, the furthest no more than 25 minutes away.

There are numerous attractions other than the big theme parks, such as Gatorland, Wonderworks and the many dinner shows available.

For the golfer there are numerous courses within a 15 minute drive from the villa, with the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course a mere 5 minutes from the villa.

With the US 192 and International Drive in easy reach, you will be spoiled for choice when deciding what to eat!

SANDY RIDGE VILLA - Located within the Sandy Ridge community, our brand new and luxurious 5 bedroom detached house is superbly arranged to cater for a large family or two smaller families sharing and is suitable for disabled use with the ground floor having living accommodation, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (there is a small step to the front door).

The rental villa is very private and looks out over conservation land to the rear and open land to one side. This can be enjoyed from the pool deck and is a great backdrop to enjoy a cool glass of wine or a relaxing dip in the pool.

The house contains two living areas, a formal area as you enter the property and a family area to the rear of the property. As you enter the property the formal living and dining area is to your right under a vaulted ceiling. The family area is to the rear of the property which also has a vaulted ceiling to the left hand side.

Formal Living Area - This is located to the front of the property as you enter through the front door. This area is made up of a living room and dining room. The living room has a three seater sofa and a two seater sofa with coffee tables and a sofa table. The dining room has a table with six chairs. To the side of the area are the stairs to the upper level and there is an archway to the kitchen, family area and utility area.

Family Area - his is located to the rear with access to the patio area and swimming pool. This area has a leather sofa and leather lovenest, coffee tables, TV stand with TV and DVD player.

Kitchen - The kitchen is accessed from the formal living area or family area and has many cupboards with high quality work surfaces and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer and oven with hob. There is a dining table with four chairs and the usual work surface appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. To the side of the kitchen is the utility area with washer, dryer and a door to access the garage/games room.

Ground Floor - Master Suite 1 - This is located at on the ground floor to the rear of the property. It has a fantastic King sized bed, large walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, separate shower unit, wash basin, large vanity mirror and a separate toilet.

Upper Floor - Master Suite 2 - This is located at on the upper floor to the rear of the property. It has a fantastic King sized bed, large walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a bath, separate shower unit, wash basin, large vanity mirror and a separate toilet.

Ground Floor Bedroom - This Bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a Queen sized bed. The attached bathroom is accessed directly from the bedroom and has a good sized shower with seat in the shower, toilet, basin and large vanity mirror. This bathroom has a second door to the house and is the main bathroom downstairs for the property as well as acting as the en-suite to bedroom.

Bedrooms 4 & 5 - Bedrooms 4 and 5 are themed rooms each with twin beds, one has a tropical theme and the other has the Simpsons. Each bedroom has a DVD player with flat panel HD TV.Both rooms are located on the upper floor to the front of the property. Located conveniently between these two bedrooms is an additional bathroom with Jack and Jill doors to each bedroom. The bathroom features a bath with shower over, wash basin, vanity mirror and a separate toilet.

Pool - The patio area is accessed either through the family area or from the master bedroom suite 1. There is a covered area as well as an open patio area which has a large table with six chairs, a drinks table and three sun loungers. There is a removable screen between the patio area and the pool, which stops small children from accessing the pool area by accident. The pool is a curved shape with a built-in Jacuzzi at one end.

· Linens and Towels will be provided and all electricity, gas etc is included in the rental price (except pool heating costs).
· A local management company will be available to offer any assistance you may need whilst in residence
