| Our luxury home really is something special. Fully air conditioned, this two storey Villa has 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, 4.5 baths and is fully equipped for all your needs with many unique extras listed below. LOCATION The Abbey at Westhaven is off the CR54, just 2 minutes from the I-4, 10 minutes from the main Disney Parks and just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Within two minutes of the Villa is the smart and developing area of Champions Gate including 2 internationally renowned golf courses and a Shopping Plaza. The Abbey is a new exclusive gated community of luxury single and two storey Villas set in beautifully landscaped communal areas. Block paving sidewalks and authentic Victorian street lamps add a touch of class to the development. GROUND FLOOR The Lounge is large, open plan with beautiful comfortable furniture, with alarmed patio doors opening on to the pool area. There is a 47" High Definition Digital TV, a Blue Ray Sony Playstation 3 for games and playing the complimentary selection of DVD's, a CD music system with a choice of CD's and a wide selection of books. Also on ground floor is a pool/billiards table and a separate WC. The Dining area provides seating for more formal eating. The Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave and dishwasher and many kitchen gadgets for your convenience. There is a breakfast bar with stools. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and patio doors leading directly on to the pool deck. This large room has a TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock, large walk-in closet, en suite bathroom facilities with his & hers vanity units, a hairdryer, a large shower with separate corner bath and a separate WC. There is a built in Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, iron and board and a telephone for free local calls and the ability to register for long distance calls. SECOND FLOOR Features a second Master Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet, alarm clock and an en-suite shower, bath, vanity unit & WC. Balcony doors lead on to a large balcony overlooking a nature conservation area and lake and is equipped with sun loungers. There are 2 Twin Bedded rooms, one themed in Disney Style with large TV and DVD player and a Family Bathroom with vanity unit, bath, shower and WC. POOL AREA Features a large screened Pool with extended deck area for sunbathing all around the pool. The sun rises over the pool and remains on it until late afternoon. Loungers and pool towels are provided for your comfort. There is also an informal dining area with comfortable seating for 8 people and a WC and shower.
