Built along the Highwway 27 corridor, the Community is 2 minutes away from a 24 hour Wal-Mart and The Southern Dunes Golf Club. Further shops including Publix Superstore, Blockbusters Video and restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive. The villa has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a cloakroom and a pool bathroom, this elegant Orlando vacation home is perfect for families sleeping up to 14 guests in comfort. There is nothing standard about this villa. In addition to its oversized lot, every conceivable upgrade has been added. The villa has a spacious family room to relax in with 2 large sofas and an easy chair all in soft leather. Suitably accompanied with end-tables and lamps, a coffee table and an entertainment center with a 50 inch cable LCD HDTV with recordable hard drive and a DVD player. Sit back and watch over 400 channels as well as English Premiership, Champions League and UEFA Cup football, matches shown every day. Record your favourite shows and playback later fast forwarding through all the adverts! Step out from the family room under the covered lanai and on to the over extended pool deck, which surrounds the sparkling clear 30 ft pool and bubbling spa that cascades in to the main pool. This area is the most secluded plot on the Tower Lake development. Look out for those jets of water that shoot out from the decking and into the pool. The kids will love it! Sit and relax either on the comfortable deck furniture in the shade or the additional furniture at the back of the pool as you soak in the Florida sunshine. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it. For extra security, all doors leading outside, either front or back are equipped with an alarm chime so you know who is coming and going! Sleeping accommodation at the villa includes two king size master bedroom suites, with large cable TV's, walk-in closet space, both with master en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, walk-in shower, roman-style tub, and toilet. The third master also enjoys a king-size bed and similar luxuries to the other two. Its en-suite bathroom can also be accessed from the hall. Bedrooms four and five, have 2 twin beds, plus a nearby family bathroom. Finally, the 6th bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom, (again can also be accessed from the hall) has twin bunk beds which sleeps three plus a further single twin bed. All bedrooms come complete with night-stands with lamp, dresser, telephone, TV with over 80 channels, DVD, alarm clock radio and closet space. Total sleeping for up to 14 people in all. A PS2 is also available for your enjoyment (US version). Blockbusters is 2 minutes across the road and you can rent out your DVD's as well as games. The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to prepare a family feast. Meals can be enjoyed at the Dining Table overlooking the pool or you can dine al fresco at either of the tables outside. You can also have a quick snack at the breakfast bar. This villa comes equipped with all bed linens, towels as well as Pool Towels for your usage. A Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer are located in the Utility room if you need to do any quick washing. For your further entertainment there is a large A/C games room which has Table Football (Foosball), Air Hockey, a Pool Table which can be flipped to Table Tennis if desired and an Elliptical Machine (X-Trainer). There is an integreated music system which plays radio, CD's and all makes of Ipods. Outside on the patio there is also a table tennis table. |
