Are you looking for the ultimate in luxury; somewhere you can relax, away from it all, but within easy reach of all the excitement and fun you could ever wish for? Then this is the one for you - the dream vacation home for your family!
Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa is exquisitely furnished and equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation a dream holiday. The villa is perfectly located in the prestigious area of Crescent Lakes. This exclusive location is just 20 minutes from Disney and close to all of the best attractions in the Orlando area. The villa offers spacious accommodation with over 2300 sq ft of living space, all furnished to the highest standards with everything personally chosen by us to provide you with a unique home. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. LIVING AREAS There are two living areas, to relax in and enjoy. The first provides a quiet retreat with a library of reading material for all ages. This lounge has two luxury sofas providing a comfortable environment where you can relax and unwind with a drink, away from it all. The main living space has two huge sofas and provides a great area where the whole family can enjoy themselves. There is a fully equipped entertainment centre comprising a 32" wide-screen TV will full satellite programming, VCR player, DVD facilities (including multi regional DVD player) and stereo/CD player. There are a range of DVDs and Videos for your enjoyment. Better still, this space has direct access to the superb pool area placing the luxurious outdoors facilities right there for you to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with every type of modern appliance (dishwasher, full cooker, coffee maker, microwave, luxury fridge with ice maker, toaster and food mixer/blender). The kitchen has ample workspace to delight the chefs and cooks amongst you to let them serve up those Florida delights. There is a large selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as a range of superb dinnerware. Within the kitchen there is a convenient breakfast nook area overlooking the pool with a table and four chairs. An archway leads to the more formal dining facilities with an elegant dining suite providing full seating for eight guests in superb luxury. Huge patio doors provide a view out onto the pool, fenced garden and the woodland beyond. MASTER BEDROOMS The master suite provides the utmost in luxury to our guests and looks out over the pool and garden areas to ensure a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It comprises a huge bedroom with a king sized sleigh bed in light oak, with matching nightstands with lamps, a huge dresser with mirror and a separate chest of drawers. The digital TV has full satellite and DVD facilities and there is a telephone with answer-phone and a radio alarm clock. Within the master suite, there is also a huge bathroom, with spa bath, separate large shower and double vanity sinks with a hairdryer for guest use. The walk in closet is accessed from the bathroom and provides a safe for guests use to store valuables. Off the bathroom there is also a separate WC. The Queen suite has a Queen-size bed, cable TV/DVD player, radio alarm clock and walk in closet. There are 2 nightstands with lamps. This room has been decorated in crème and green tones to provide a peaceful atmosphere. The linked bathroom has a bath with shower, hair dryer and a vanity sink. The third bathroom has a bath with shower, hairdryer and vanity unit. This is shared between the two twin bedrooms. The first offers two twin beds, a nightstand with lamp and a dresser with TV/DVD/VCR with full satellite facilities as well as a second lamp. This room is tastefully decorated in crème and blue tones. It has a sizeable walk in closet. The second twin room is decorated in a mix of beige and green and offers two twin beds, a chest of drawers and nightstands with lamps and a full walk in closet for storage. Both twin rooms are decorated in a style that will suit any age group. The separate laundry room is complete with large capacity washer and separate dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board. EXTERIOR One of the superb highlights of the villa is the great 30' x 15' pool. The pool area and surrounding patio is fully screened. The garden is fully fenced to provide the utmost in privacy. The garden backs directly onto conservation woodland providing a continual display of wildlife. And if you thought it could not get any better, the pool is South facing, to enjoy every minute of the Florida sunshine. For those winter months, where you need that extra bit of luxury, solar heating is provided free of charge and gas heating for the pool can be arranged at a modest supplement. There is a large patio area with loungers for relaxing by the pool and catching some sun, plus a large table and six comfortable outdoor chairs for dining al-fresco. Extra seating is available, of great value when you use the large George Forman grill to entertain your guests. Plenty of pool toys are provided for your enjoyment and all doors leading onto the pool area are child alarmed to ensure that your little treasures are safe. The large double garage can be accessed directly from the house and has electronic doors so that you and your car can be kept cool. LOCATION Crescent Lakes is a delightful community, occupied primarily by residents. It provides a safe luxury environment, surrounded by woodland, parks and lakes. You would not believe it is only 15 minutes from all of the attractions of the Kissimmee holiday environment and 20 minutes from the Disney and Seaworld complexes. The Dahlia Reserve area of Crescent Lakes is a fully completed development, and has no passing traffic. Nearby, there are several golf courses and local supermarkets. For the more adventurous, the East and West coasts are just over an hour's drive and provide a superb alternative to the fast lifestyle of central Orlando. The main airport is a 30 minute drive away, on a route that passes all the main stores, to get those essential items to allow you to settle straight in and relax. Please note that for the comfort and safety of all our guests our home is a no smoking home, although you may smoke in the deck area and ashtrays are provided. Sorry no pets. Allergy sufferers can rest assured that our home is maintained as a completely animal free environment.
