Florida Condos - Booking Conditions

A deposit is required to secure your condo reservation. We can accept credit cards, personal cheques or International money orders. Credit cards will be charged in US Dollars, personal cheques or International money orders can be in US Dollars or UK Sterling. We offer you two choices of deposit.

The first option is to pay $80 (£50) per week at the time of making your reservation. The balance will be required 8 weeks prior to your date your Florida vacation commences. This option provides a low cost way to secure your reservation for those wanting to plan their vacation well in advance.

Your second option is to pay a deposit of $200 (£125) per week at the time of making your reservation. The balance is then paid on arrival directly to our staff at Mango Key. This option requires a higher initial payment but with this option you do not pay the full amount until you actually arrive at your Florida condo.

We have no preference which option you select - the choice is entirely up to you.

Cancellations - In the event of a cancellation then all monies that have been paid are non-refundable. If the client does not pay the balance when due, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

We recommend that at the time of booking you take out travel insurance and this should cover cancellations for reasons beyond your control.

Force Majeure - We cannot take any responsibility for loss caused by events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, riots, floods, fire, airport closure, weather conditions etc.) In the event of any problems whatsoever the total liability of 1st for Orlando will be limited to the rental amount paid by the client.

Security Deposit - At check in a credit card imprint or $200 is taken. This will be returned on departure less cost of any damages.

Credit Cards - Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Amex.
