Florida villa accommodation
in the Disney area usually consists of a private house isolated on a residential estate where the neighbours are likely to be Florida residents unhappy that the house next door is occupied by exuberant tourists. Mango Key, however, is a resort complex of 33 townhouses specifically developed for tourist occupation. Of course, you still enjoy the privacy of your own villa but your neighbours will be fellow holidaymakers who are there for the same reasons as you - to enjoy their holiday!
The villa accommodation comprises a master bedroom with queen size bed, a second bedroom fitted with two twin beds, a twin size sleeper sofa upstairs on the galleried landing and a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge area, capable of sleeping 7 people in all. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom complete with bath, shower, vanity worktop with inset basin, fully tiled walls, large vanity mirror and the downstairs bathroom has a built in hair drier. Three bedroomed villas sleeping 8 people are also available on request.
Each Florida villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard, fully air conditioned, and with ceiling fans. Colour televisions connected to the cable network are provided in both the living area and master bedroom together with a video player in the lounge – a good selection of videos can be hired on-site. Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including loungers in the screened patio area. For your security the villas are equipped with safes and comply with all the latest Florida fire and safety regulations.
As one would expect the kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of equipment and in particular a self cleaning natural gas range with extractor hood, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
Each villa has a telephone system. At Mango Key your telephone calls are free, local, long distance and international calls can be made free of charge so it's easy to keep in touch with friends and family. The price of your Florida villa includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Cots, high chairs, additional towels and daily cleaning are all available locally if required for a small fee.
