This pool home is luxuriously equipped and professionally maintained throughout and is looked after by a local management company. This is the ultimate in Florida rentals in the Orlando area.

Situated close to restaurants and supermarkets your vacation home is ideally placed for all the Orlando area attractions. There is even a golf course adjacent for any golfers in your party. Click here for a Location Map.
Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

In addition to the splendid Windsor Palms community pool your luxury Florida villa has it's own private swimming pool and jacuzzi which is fully screened and can be heated when required. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. Heating, if required, is extra at £90 ($145) per week - please request at time of reservation. The owners have provided a George Foreman electric indoor/outdoor BBQ machine for your use.


The single storey accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted luxury kitchen and dining area. Both master bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. There is also a large double garage attached and, of course, a washing machine and tumble drier are provided. A fold-away crib is provided.


The first master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom attached. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and has it's own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms benefit from their own TV. The third and fourth bedrooms share the remaining bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. This arrangement along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort.

Your luxury vacation villa is well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. The lounge has a colour television connected to the cable network and a VCR.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc.
