| Your luxury vacation home has it's own private, heated 30' x 15' swimming pool which is fully screened and has a south facing patio overlooking a natural lake and woodlands. As an added touch of luxury the villa has it's own spa and the location offers a high degree of privacy. A section of the patio is under cover to provide shady areas when required and all pool access doors are fully alarmed to guard against young children wandering to the pool unattended. Pool furniture is provided of course, and pool heating is available as an optional extra at £95 ($165) per week and a gas BBQ can be made available at a cost of £30 ($50) per week, please request these items at the time of booking. |

| The two storey accommodation comprises five large bedrooms and three and half bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The property also has a spacious family room and a separate lounge with formal dining area. There is also a large double garage attached. There is a utility room which houses a washing machine and drier. |

The master bedroom on the second floor is fitted with a king size bed and has its own TV. It also has an en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk in shower cubicle and bath. Guests in this bedroom have the luxury of their own private balcony overlooking the pool and conservation area beyond. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also has it's own TV and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors from this bedroom lead straight out onto the pool deck. A third queen bedroom also with it's own TV shares the third bathroom. There are an additional two themed twin bedrooms, which again each have their own TV. These twin bedrooms are sure to be a hit with the children in your party. |

As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned with ceiling fans. An 8' Pool Table, Air Hockey and Soccer Table have been professionally installed to provide hours of entertainment and challenges for everyone!! | The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels (please bring your own beach towels). Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer etc. |
