Block paving sidewalks and authentic Victorian style street lamps add a touch of class to the whole development. This vacation rental property boasts an excellent and very rare courtyard design which enables each bedroom to have direct access to the private screened swimming pool. The home is situated in a quiet rural location overlooking a vast expanse of orange groves to the rear and offers easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. Your rental property is also well placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area. Westhaven is located close to the US27-I4 intersection and is well placed for shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants. Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. | Your luxury vacation home has it's own private, heated swimming pool which is fully screened and has a south facing patio overlooking an expanse of orange groves. Guests who fancy an early morning wake up swim will appreciate the convenience of having pool access direct from every bedroom via patio doors. All pool access doors are fully alarmed to guard against young children wandering to the pool unattended. Pool furniture is provided for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £70 ($110) per week - please request at time of reservation. |

| The single storey accommodation comprises of four large bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. The property also has a spacious lounge and a formal dining area. There is also a large double garage attached. The separate utility room houses a washing machine and drier. The villa also has a pool table and basketball hoop. |

The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and benefits from its own TV set. It also has an en-suite bathroom featuring large walk in shower cubicle, with superb vanity unit featuring theatre lights above. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring bath and shower over. This bedroom also benefits from its own colour TV. This room is situated in a Cabana offering complete privacy, ideal for grandparents or teenagers requiring their own space. The remaining two bedrooms each have two twin beds and one of the bedroom is decorated with a Mickey theme (see More Photos) which is sure to be appreciated by any young children in your party. These two bedrooms share the third bathroom. A queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that this villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort. |
| Your luxury vacation home is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard, tastefully decorated throughout and fully air conditioned with ceiling fans. A large colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge along with a CD player, DVD Player and video. The villa has it's own Baby Crib, Stroller, Highchair and George Foreman BBQ for use by guests. Also provided in this well equipped villa is a computer with free internet access. |
| The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a FREE telephone system. Local calls, long distance and international calls can all be made FREE OF CHARGE. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels (please bring your own beach towels). Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier (one in each master suite). |
