 This beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom villa on The Manors at Westridge with it's own private, screened swimming pool is available for your next Florida vacation. The villa is situated in a quiet location offering easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The villa is conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area.
For your security The Manors is a gated community and access is through electric gates that are closed at night and need a security code to open. Westridge is located on the popular US27 close to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants etc. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your villa. |
| Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. Your luxury Florida villa has it's own private swimming pool which ranges in depth from 3' to 5'. In addition to the pool the villa also has the added luxury of it's own spa. Both the pool are spa are fitted with underwater lighting for night swimming. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Heating, if required, is extra at £80 ($125) per week - please request at time of reservation. |

| The single storey accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen. The spacious lounge has a dining area and offers access to the patio and pool area through sliding doors. There is also a large double garage attached. The villa has a washing machine and tumble drier. |

The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and has an en-suite shower room attached. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. A second bathroom serves these bedrooms. A queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort. Each bedroom has built in closets. Your luxury Westridge villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned throughout. The light and airy lounge has a colour television connected to the cable network. |
| The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board etc. |
