 This beautiful 3 bedroom vacation villa with it's own private, heated swimming pool is ideally situated in a very peaceful location at Sunridge Woods, Davenport. Driving time to Disney is less than 15 minutes and all the other major area attractions are close by.
Sunridge Woods is located on SR54 and is only a short drive from Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. There is a Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive and Champions Gate golf course is two minutes drive away. Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour. |
| The 30' x 16' private swimming pool is fully screened with a shaded lanai area and large pool deck. The pool is solar heated but electric heating is also available at £60 ($90) per week. The pool is south facing to catch the sun all day long for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Pool furniture is provided and access to the pool area is via the patio doors in the lounge. |

| The single storey accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen / breakfast area, dining room, family room and lounge. The garage has recently been converted into a games room. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with patio doors leading directly to the swimming pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is fitted with two twin beds to accommodate 6 people in comfort. |

Your Florida vacation villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge and also in the master bedroom. In addition to the cable TV the lounge also has a video recorder. Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including poolside furniture in the screened pool area. A highchair and crib (cot) with bedding can be made available at a cost of $5 per day. |
| As one would expect the kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of equipment and in particular an oven and hob, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. |
