A gated community located on the popular US27, Disney is an easy 20 minutes drive and the oteher area attractions are close by. |

We have for rental a selection of 4 bedroom detached villas that come complete with their own private pool. We can also offer a number of 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses. Southern Dunes has a beautiful outdoor community pool open to all it's guests complete with sun loungers. The development is located on a lake and also features tennis courts, a basketball court and a childrens playground in addition to the olympic size swimming pool. |

Each of the pool home properties are equipped to a high standard and are tastefully decorated and furnished. As you would expect the kitchen has all the appliances you are likely to need during your vacation including fridge / freezer, washer and dryer, microwave, full sized cooker and dishwasher. The villas are all equipped with a telephone system. All bedding, towels and linen are included. Of course, air-conditioning is a standard feature in all of the villas. |  |
