This new pool home has it's own private heated swimming pool and is situated in a quiet location offering easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The villa is also conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area. There is a mini-market conveniently located about half a mile from the villa and a large Publix supermarket about 5 minutes drive away at Champions Gate. |
| Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. |
Your luxury Orlando pool home has it's own private heated swimming pool measuring 14' x 28' which is fully screened and accessed through the patio doors in the lounge. The deck area has a covered porch which provides shade when required. |

| The 1760 square foot single storey accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a lounge, kitchen and dining area. Beautifully furnished throughout and fully airconditioned this is a high quality vacation home. For the safety of your children the pool access doors are alarmed. There is also a large double garage attached. The separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. |

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and it's own TV. The second bedroom has a full size bed and faces an adjacent bathroom. There are two further bedrooms which share the third bathroom. These two bedrooms are both fitted with twin beds and both have fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space. The third bathroom benefits from a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. A queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that your Orlando pool home can sleep upto 10 people in comfort. |
| The kitchen has a dining area and a breakfast area and is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. There is a telephone system installed in the pool home. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. For your security the pool home is equipped with a wall safe. |
