 Recently constructed in December 2001 we are pleased to offer this stylish 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Florida pool home at Saddleridge Drive on the new Bridgewater at Town Center subdivision. This new pool home has it's own private heated swimming pool and is situated in a quiet location offering easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The villa is also conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area. Click here for a Location Map.Bridgewater at Town Center is located a short 10 minute drive from Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, gas stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. There is a mini-market conveniently located about half a mile from the villa and a large Publix supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. |
| Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. Your luxury Orlando pool home has it's own private heated swimming pool which is fully screened. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Heating is an optional extra and is advisable in the winter months. This will cost £70 ($110) per week and can be ordered when you make your reservation or locally via the management company. |

| The accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms with two of the bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. Beautifully furnished throughout and fully airconditioned this is a high quality pool home. This 1600 square foot single storey home has a fully fitted kitchen and pool access from both the family room and the master bedroom. For the safety of your children the pool access doors are alarmed.There is also a large double garage attached. The separate laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. |

The two master bedrooms each have a queen size bed, large walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with hand basin, bath, shower and toilet. There are two further bedrooms which are fitted with twin beds both have fitted wardrobes and ample drawer space. The third bathroom benefits from shower, toilet and hand basin. A queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that your Orlando pool home can sleep upto 10 people in comfort. |
| The kitchen has a dining area and a breakfast area and is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. There is a telephone system installed in the pool home. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. For your security the pool home is equipped with a wall safe. |
