Conveniently located on Lindfields, one of the closest subdivisions to Disney World, this luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private screened swimming pool and spa is available for your vacation rental. Disney World can be reached in about 10 minutes and all the other major attractions are only minutes away.

Lindfields is located on the western side of Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. There are two Publix supermarkets within 5 minutes drive of your villa. Click here for a Location Map.
Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

Your luxury Florida villa has it's own private swimming pool which is fully screened and for an added touch of luxury this villa has it's own spa (jacuzzi). Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Heating, if required, is an optional extra at £15 ($20) per day - this can be requested at time of reservation or on arrival via the local management company.
The single storey accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a spacious lounge area and there is a large double garage attached. Amongst the amenieties available to you are a washing machine and tumble drier and personal safe.
The master bedroom is fitted with a King size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and both the third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds. This, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort. Each bedroom has built in closets. Families with infants will be pleased to note that a travel cot (crib) and high chair is available for your use free of charge.

Your luxury Lindfields pool home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge. Access to the villa is by key pad which removes the need to collect and return keys from our management company.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, blender, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls (including calls to our management company) are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc.
