 Located conveniently about half way between Orlando airport and Disney World this rare 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with it's own private, heated, screened swimming pool makes an ideal base for your Orlando vacation.Meadow Woods is located on Buenaventura Lakes about 20 minutes from Disney World with all the other major area attractions close by. In the vicinty of your vacation home you will find two golf courses and a selection of shops and restaurants. Orlando International airport is a short 15 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 45 minutes drive and Tampa about 90 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour. |
| The villa has it's own private 15' x 30' swimming pool which is fully screened and completely fenced off for your privacy. The pool is solar heated but for the cooler winter months electric pool heating can be provided at a cost of £70 ($110) per week if required. The usual pool & patio furniture is provided for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. The pool area has a shaded section for those that want a break from the sunshine. Access to the pool and deck area is through patio doors in the spacious lounge area. |

| This single storey home is ideal for single families seeking a home with it's own pool. It comprises of two spacious bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is also a garage attached and the villa is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an intercom system in each room. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, has it's own TV and and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. A queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate a total of 6 people in comfort. |

Families with young children will be please to note that the villa has a crib and highchair. Your Florida vacation home is fully air conditioned and has been furnished to a high standard with each room tastefully decorated and colour co-ordinated. A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge area along with a VCR. Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including poolside furniture in the screened pool area. |
| The kitchen has all the modern appliances you will need including fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher along with a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa also has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. The villa is looked after by a local management company. |
