 Close to Disney and situated on the popular and established Lindfields subdivision just a short distance from our resorts of Mango Key and Grand Palms, we have this spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms pool home with it's own private screened swimming pool and large garden.Located less than 10 minutes from Disney and only a few minutes from all the other area attractions it's a very convenient base for your Florida vacation. Lindfields is a well established, quiet vacation location, just off Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants. |
| Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. This luxury villa has it's own private swimming pool which is fully screened and can be heated in the winter months, if required, at a cost of £80 ($125). Pool furniture is provided - ideal for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. |

| Suitable for two families sharing the two storey accommodation comprises of five bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The spacious lounge area offers ample seating. The large double garage houses a washing machine and tumble drier. |

On the ground floor the master bedroom has it's own TV, is fitted with a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom and dressing room attached. The second ground floor bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the half bathroom. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed and two bedrooms each with two twin beds. The second full bathroom is also on this floor. Your luxury Lindfields villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge. |
| The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. |
