| Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. In addition to the Lake Berkley community pool your luxury Florida villa has it's own private swimming pool and spa which is fully screened and can be heated when required. The doors leading to the pool are fully alarmed. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. Heating, if required, is extra at £100 ($160) per week - please request at time of reservation. There is a charcoal BBQ available. |

The two storey accommodation comprises of seven bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms along with two lounges, a fully fitted luxury kitchen and dining area. Perfect for large family gatherings or families sharing. There is also a large double garage attached and, of course, the utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. |

This home has two master bedrooms. The ground floor master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom attached. Upstairs you will find a further master bedroom also with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Two queen bedrooms can also be found upstairs. The other three bedrooms are also located upstairs and each has two twin beds and shares access to the remaining bathrooms. This arrangement along with a queen sized rollaway bed means that the villa can accommodate a total of 16 people in comfort. There are 4 satellite TV's in the house. |
Your luxury vacation villa is well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned throughout. The main lounge has satellite TV with DVD Player that will also play CD's. A games room provides a Playstation 2 along with table soccer and air hockey. For small children the villa owner has provided a crib (cot), highchair, stroller (pushchair) and kiddies car seat. Wireless internet and a pool table and a couple of bicycles in the garage complete the equipment available to guests |

| The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system that provides free local, long distance and international calls (to selected countries). The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. |
