Indian Ridge is located on Old Lake Wilson Road close to the Disney maingate area of Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. |
Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour. |

| The spacious single storey accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and two living rooms. There is also a large double garage attached. The master bedroom has it's own TV, is fitted with a queen size bed and has an large en-suite bathroom attached with bath, separate shower and twin vanity units. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds. One of the twin rooms is themed on Winnie the Pooh and is sure to be a hit with the children. This arrangement along with a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort. |

Your vacation villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A 55" colour television connected to the cable network is provided in one lounge and a 27" TV along with a DVD player can be found in the other lounge. The villa has a dining room which can seat 6 and an additional dining area seating 4. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and families with infants will be pleased to note that there is a crib and highchair available free of charge. |
| The kitchen is fully fitted with an extensive range of equipment including an oven and hob, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster etc and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc and even those little items such as hairdryer are provided for your convenience. |
