 This luxury 3 bedroom Florida villa with it's own private swimming pool is one of a number of similar homes that we can offer in the Indian Ridge area which is very close to Disney.Available for vacation rental, the villa is ideally situated in a walled community about 5 minutes from Disney World and is close to all the other major attractions. Indian Ridge and Indian Ridge Oaks are located just off H192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. There is a Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive. |
Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour. |

| The single storey accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and spacious living room. There is also a large double garage attached. The master bedroom has it's own TV, is fitted with a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second and third bedrooms both have two twin beds and this arrangement along with a queen sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort. |

Your luxury villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge. Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including poolside furniture in the screened pool area. A separate laundry room houses a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. |
| The kitchen is fully fitted with an extensive range of equipment including an oven and hob, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster etc and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a credit card or telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc and even those little items such as hairdryer are provided for your convenience. |
