The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. The villa has two master bedrooms both fitted with queen sized beds and full en-suite bathrooms, they also have doors leading to the heated swimming pool. Bedroom 3 has a large full size bed, and bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Bedroom 5 features bunk beds with safety railings and easy access to bathroom 4 without disturbing the rest of the guests in the house, perfect for the kids. The villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard and fully air conditioned. Families with infants will be pleased to know that the villa has a crib and highchair. Access to the villa is by key pad which removes the need to collect and return keys from a local management company. |
| The kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation including a large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, large range cooker, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker and toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. There is a separate utility room which houses a large washing machine and dryer.With a dining table in both the kitchen and lounge, and a table outside on the large deck, you'll be spoilt for choice should you decide to eat-in. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card which can be purchased at shops throughout the area. |
