Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. |
| Your luxury Florida home has it's own private, fully screened, heated swimming pool for you to enjoy during your Florida vacation. The villa enjoys an elevated position overlooking the adjacent Highlands Reserve golf course. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. The extended pool deck faces west offering plenty of daily sunshine and spectacular sunsets. Access doors to the pool are fully alarmed to warn against young children wandering through to the pool area unsupervised. Pool heating is an optional extra at £100 ($160) per week - please request at time of reservation. |

| This villa has a newly installed, free standing, top of the range Hydrotherapy Spa(see photo page) for your enjoyment. The spa has 39 separate jets and different settings to massage your body. Heating of this spa is also £100 ($160) per week. Heating of both pool and spa can be reserved for £150 ($240) total. BBQ rental can be organised at a cost of $45 (£30) per week (or part thereof). There is a computer in the villa and internet access is available at £11/$19 per week, please order at time of reservation Possibly the largest 5 bedroomed home at Highlands Reserve this spacious two storey accommodation is ideal for two families to share. It comprises of five bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, two separate living rooms and a dining area. Patio doors lead to the swimming pool from the lounge and the villa has a large screen cable TV, HiFi and DVD for your enjoyment. For your convenience the villa has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. A feature of this villa is the provision of games and entertainment equipment to make full use of the spacious plot. In the garage you will find a fold up table tennis table, dart board and a table football game. For outdoor use you will find a volleyball net, badminton net, rackets and shuttles etc. Upstairs you will find a TV with a Playstation 2, a small pool table which also converts into air-hockey and a casino table and board games. |

On the first floor is the master bedroom which also enjoys spectacular views over the golf course. This room has a king size bed, it's own TV and has a large en-suite bathroom. The spacious walk-in closet houses a safe which is available to store your valuables. A second master bedroom is located on the ground floor and the second bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom which is fitted with a queen size bed. The three remaining bedrooms are all located on the first floor and each is fitted with two twin beds. A further bathroom is provided to serve these additional bedrooms. |
| In addition there are two rollaway beds available if required which means that the villa can accommodate 12 people in comfort. |
| The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full-size cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and has a table and chairs. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card which can be purchased at shops throughout the area. The price includes all electricity, linens, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. |
