Highlands Reserve has it's own par 72, 18 hole championship standard golf course set amongst orange groves and pine trees overlooking a picturesque conservation area. Highlands Reserve is located on US27 a short drive to Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a variety of restaurants catering for most tastes and price brackets. Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. |

| The fully air-conditioned single storey accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook and two separate living areas. The spacious family room has patio doors leading to the swimming pool and has cable TV for your entertainment. In the second living area you will find a formal dining area. |

For your convenience the villa has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and drier. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, it's own TV set and a private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a shower, bath and double basin vanity unit. The second and third bedrooms are each fitted with two twin beds and share a bathroom. The remaining bedroom has a full size bed and has access to an adjacent shower room. This arrangement, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room means that the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort. The villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout. |
| The villa has a fully equipped kitchen fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full-size cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card which can be purchased at shops throughout the area. The price includes all electricity, linens, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. |
