Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. |

| Covering over 2300 square feet this spacious two storey accommodation is ideal for two families to share and comprises of five bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a large fully fitted kitchen and two separate living areas. The spacious family room has patio doors leading to the swimming pool and has cable TV, DVD and a VCR for your entertainment. In the second living area you will find a dining table and chairs. For your convenience the villa has a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. |

On the first floor is the master bedroom which has it's own TV set, a king size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a walk in shower, large corner bath and double basin vanity unit. The walk-in-closet has a floor mounted safe. A second master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has it's own TV & DVD. The second bathroom is en-suite to this bedroom which is fitted with a full size bed. The three remaining bedrooms are all located on the first floor and each is fitted with two twin beds. Two of these bedrooms have their own TV. A further bathroom is provided to serve these additional bedrooms. This arrangement, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room means that the villa can accommodate 12 people in comfort. |
| The villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout. The villa has a crib and a highchair for your use and has a games room featuring Table Tennis, Football and Air Hockey which is sure to be a hit with the children. |
| The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full-size cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer with ice maker, juicer, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and has a table and chairs. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card which can be purchased at shops throughout the area. The price includes all electricity, linens, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. |
