A Gas barbeque is provided for al-fresco poolside dining. Electric pool heating can be provided at a cost of £50 ($80) per week if required. A solar pool blanket helps to retain the heat overnight. The usual pool & patio furniture is provided along with poolside speakers for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Access to the pool and deck area is through patio doors in the spacious lounge area. |

It comprises of two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is also a large, two car garage attached that houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. Your Florida vacation home is fully air conditioned and has been furnished to a high standard with each room tastefully decorated and colour co-ordinated. Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including poolside furniture in the screened pool area.
