There are many local golf courses within easy reach of your vacation home.
Hampton Lakes is located within easy reach of shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a variety of restaurants catering for most tastes and price brackets. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your villa. Hampton Lakes has a children's play area and tennis courts and the view enjoys a beautiful lakeside setting. | Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. This beautiful villa has it's own private, fully screened swimming pool overlooking the lake and tennis courts. The pool deck has ample space for chairs, sunbeds and tables which are provided for your comfort. Electric pool heating is an optional extra at £95 ($170) per week - please request at time of reservation. Pool towels are provided. Please note that this is a completely non-smoking villa - even on the pool patio area. |

| The spacious single storey accommodation will easily house two average size families and comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and formal dining area and lounge. The lounge area has a cable TV, DVD and VCR. A washing machine and tumble drier can be found in the utility room. There is a games room with a full-size pool table, football and air hockey. |

The first master bedroom has a king sized bed and has it's own TV with DVD/VCR. It has a large, private en-suite bathroom complete with twin marble wash basins, marble bathtub, separate shower cubicle and a separate WC. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and also has it's own TV and VCR. Again you will find a beautiful bathroom en-suite to this bedroom. There are two further twin bedrooms that each have their own TV/VCR and share access to the third and final bathroom. The provision of a sleeper sofa in the lounge area means that the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort. |
| This beautiful vacation home is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated in a typical Floridian style and fully air conditioned. Families with young children will be pleased to learn that there is a crib, highchair, stroller and playpen available free of charge. |
| The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linens, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board etc. |
