 Built in April 2003 we have this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive pool home situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes subdivision. With it's own private, screened swimming pool your vacation home offers you easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The villa is conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area including many local golf courses.
Hampton Lakes has basketball and tennis courts, sand vollyball, outdoor pool and cabana and a childs play area. The area is beautifully landscaped and there are two lakes. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your villa. Click here for a Location Map. |
| Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. Your executive home has it's own private, fully screened, 26' by 13' swimming pool which, for security of young children, is accessed through fully alarmed patio doors. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. Pool heating is an optional extra at £80 ($125) per week - please request at time of reservation. The villa has a BBQ for your enjoyment. |

| At 1585 square feet this spacious single storey accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast nook and formal dining area, lounge and family room. The lounge area has a cable TV and DVD system. The separate laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. |

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, it's own TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, walk in shower and twin vanity basins. A door leads directly out to the pool area. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge, means that the villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort. All the bedrooms have built in closets. Families with young children will be pleased to note that a crib, highchair and a small selection of toys and books are provided. This beautiful vacation home is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated in a typical Floridian style and fully air conditioned. |
| The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. A breakfast nook provides seating for four people. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linens, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. |
