Hampton Lakes is located on US27 and is close to shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a variety of restaurants catering for most tastes and price brackets. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your villa. |
| Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. Your luxury Florida home has it's own 30' x 15' private, fully screened swimming pool which has the added luxury of its own spa. The pool enjoys a pleasant lake view and beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. Heating is an optional extra at £70 ($110) per week - please request at time of reservation. A BBQ is available. |

| This spacious two storey accommodation is ideal for two families to share and comprises of five bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a large fully fitted kitchen complete with breakfast nook and separate formal dining area. The lounge has two large sofas and has cable TV and a VCR. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the swimming pool and spa. For your convenience the villa has a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. |

The villa has 2 master suites - both located on the ground floor. The first master suite has a queen size bed, cable TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second master suite also has a queen size bed, it's own TV & VCR and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find three further bedrooms and another bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a full size bed and there is a crib (cot) provided in this room. Bedroom 4 has two twins beds and the fifth bedroom, furnished with children in mind, has bunk beds and it's own TV, VCR and games console with a selection of games. The villa is very well equipped, furnished to a high standard and fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in the main rooms. A travel cot and highchair are also available free of charge. |
| The large, well layed out fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card which can be purchased at shops throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linens, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdriers etc. |
