This villa is a stylish and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom executive home with a private, heated, screened swimming pool and available for vacation rental. There are many local golf courses within easy reach of your vacation home.
Hampton Lakes is located within easy reach of shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a variety of restaurants catering for most tastes and price brackets. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your villa. Hampton Lakes has a children's play area and tennis courts and you will find that tennis racquets along with a basketball and outdoor badminton set have been provided by the villa owner for your enjoyment. | Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. Your executive Florida home has it's own large, private, fully screened, 30' by 15' swimming pool. The pool deck has ample space for chairs, sunbeds and tables which are provided for your comfort and it is cool decked so that you do not burn your feet even on the hottest of days. Electric pool heating is an optional extra at £70 ($110) per week - please request at time of reservation. Pool towels are provided and there is a BBQ for your enjoyment. |

| The spacious single storey accommodation will easily house two average size families and comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and formal dining area, lounge and family room. The family room and lounge areas have a cable TV and VCR and a CD / HiFi system. The double garage houses a washing machine and tumble drier. |

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and has access to the pool area. It also has it's own private en-suite bathroom complete with twin marble wash basins, a marble bathtub, separate shower cubicle and a separate WC. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and both these bedrooms benefit from having their own TV set. Adjacent to the second bedroom is another bathroom with bathtub & shower, wash basin and WC. Furnished with children in mind both the third and fourth bedrooms each have a twin bed and a twin bunk bed meaning that they can each sleep 3 people. |
| This means that the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort without the use of a sleeper sofa. The accommodation is completed by a third bathroom which serves bedrooms 3 and 4. All bathrooms have hairdriers, shaving points and large lighted mirrors. This beautiful vacation home is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated in a typical Floridian style and fully air conditioned. Families with young children will be pleased to learn that there are two travel cots and a highchair available free of charge. |
| The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linens, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board etc. |
