This beautiful villa with it's own private, screened swimming pool offers you easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The villa is conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area including many local golf courses.
Hampton Lakes is located on US27 at the west end of Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a variety of restaurants catering for most tastes and price brackets. | Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. Your executive Florida home has it's own private, fully screened, 30' by 10' swimming pool which is south facing to catch the sun all day long. The villa is situated on the edge of the development which means that the swimming pool enjoys a private setting not overlooked by other villas. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. Electric pool heating is an optional extra at £50 ($80) per week - please request at time of reservation. |

| The spacious single storey accommodation will easily house two average size families and comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and formal dining area / family room. The spacious lounge area has a cable TV and DVD system. The separate laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. |

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and it's own private en-suite bathroom with bath / shower and twin vanity basins. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and both the third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds. This, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge, means that the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort. All the bedrooms have built in closets. This beautiful vacation home is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated in a typical Floridian style and fully air conditioned. |
| The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linens, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. |
