| Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. In addition to the Emerald Island community pool your luxury Florida villa has it's own private, landscaped, swimming pool and spa which is fully screened and can be heated when required. The outlook from the pool is tranquil and private with views of woodlands and no other villas backing onto it. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. Heating, if required, is extra at £105 ($175) per week - please request at time of reservation. A gas BBQ is provided for your enjoyment. |

The two storey accommodation comprises of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms along with two lounges, a fully fitted luxury kitchen, games room and dining area. Perfect for large family gatherings or several families sharing. There is also a large double garage attached and, of course, the utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier. |

The ground floor master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom attached. A large screen TV and DVD player is provided in this bedroom. Upstairs you will find the second master bedroom with it's queen size bed and this bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. On this floor there are a further two full size bedrooms and three twin bedrooms along with the two remaining bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own TV and video player and in one of the twin bedrooms you will find a Playstation 2 games console. This arrangement along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 16 people in comfort. |
Your luxury vacation villa is well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned throughout. The main lounge has it's own large screen TV with cinema sound and DVD player. The games room has an 8ft pool table, football table, air hockey table and electronic dart board. |

| The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. |
