The villa has a stunning lake view and has it's own private, screened solar heated swimming pool.The villa is on Hidden Springs Circle, Cypress Lakes which is located in the Buenaventura Lakes area of Kissimmee less than 20 minutes from Disney World with all the other major area attractions close by. Your vacation home is in a tranquil residential area, just a short distance from the nearest golf course. Fishing is permitted on the lake. | Orlando International airport is a short 15 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 45 minutes drive and Tampa about 90 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour. The villa has it's own attractive swimming pool which is fully screened and enjoys beautiful views over the lake. Access to the pool and deck area is through patio doors located in both the lounge and master bedroom. Pool Heating, if required, is extra at £50 ($80) per week - please request at time of reservation. All the usual pool and patio furniture is provided for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. |

| This single storey vacation home comprises of three spacious bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is also a large, two car garage attached and a utility room that houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, has it's own TV and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a full size bed and also has it's own TV. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed, TV and DVD. There is a second bathroom available. |

A queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate a total of 8 people in comfort. Your Florida vacation home is fully air conditioned and has been furnished to a high standard with each room tastefully decorated and colour co-ordinated. A colour television connected to the cable network with DVD and X-Box games console is provided in the lounge area. Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including poolside furniture in the screened pool area. |
| The kitchen has all the modern appliances you will need including fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher along with a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa also has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. The villa is looked after by a local management company. |
