This beautiful, two storey, 5 bedroom villa is situated on the gated community of Cumbrian Lakes in a quiet development backing onto a conservation area.

Just 5 minutes from Highway 192 and less than 15 minutes from Disney this spacious pool home with it's own private, heated swimming pool is ideal for your vacation rental.

For your security access at night is via electric entrance gates for which the code will be supplied.

Cumbrian Lakes is centered around 3 lakes, has a children's play area and biking and jogging trails.

Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.
The 27' private pool has an oversize deck area which is fully screened. The pool has it's own jacuzzi / spa and faces south to catch the sun all day long.

It backs onto a conservation area - giving you seclusion and privacy and pool heating is an optional extra at $140 (£90) per week.

Pool furniture is available for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine.

The villa also has a large covered porch area with tables and chairs offering shade from the Florida sun.
Covering some 2450 square feet this spacious two storey accommodation comprises of 5 bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen / breakfast area, lounge, family room and a separate formal dining area. The villa also has a large double garage and a utility area with washer and dryer.

This vacation villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. The family room is tiled throughout and has patio doors leading out to the pool area. In here you will find Cable TV, VCR, HiFi and a Playstation 2 with a selection of games. The garage has been turned into a games room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey table. The second lounge has a formal dining area attached.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and is fitted with a king size bed and has it's own TV and an en-suite bathroom attached. Also upstairs is the second bedroom which has a full size bed along with a twin bedroom. These two bedrooms share access to the second bathroom.

Downstairs you will find a further full size bedroom, which has patio doors accessing the pool area, and a twin bedroom sharing access to the third bathroom.

This, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 12 people in comfort.

Parties with infants will be pleased to note that a crib and high chair can be made available.
As one would expect the kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of equipment and in particular an oven and hob with extractor hood, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area.

The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc.
