 Constructed in December 2001, this very spacious (2,600 sq ft) 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, with its own south facing, private heated swimming pool and spa backing on to wooded conservation land, it is the perfect place to spend your next vacation in Florida.The villa is situated in a rural location, on the well established 'Crescent Lakes' Ponciana Blvd, and is approximately 10 minutes south of Highway 192, which is home to many shops, supermarkets and restaurants offering catering to suit every taste and pocket. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour. |
| The south facing villa benefits from a large, fully screened, 40' x 33' private pool and luxurious spa. Pool heating is an optional extra at $175 (£120) per week. The pool has a very pleasant outlook backing on to wooded conservation land and, for extra privacy, has recently been fenced between the villa's to either side. Ample sun lounger's are provided for our guests and the patio doors leading to the pool are fully alarmed. The deck also has a large covered porch area with two tables and eight chairs offering welcome shade from the Florida sun. |

| The luxuriously furnished, fully carpeted, and air conditioned two storey accommodation comprises of six bedrooms and three bathrooms, (all finished with marble sinks, and feature lighting, hairdryers in each are provided) along with a fully fitted kitchen / breakfast area, spacious lounge and a separate dining area. Two of the bedrooms (1 queen & 1 twin) are on the ground floor and the remaining four (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin) are located on the first floor. The villa also has a utility room housing a washer and drier together with an iron and ironing board. |

The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached complete with walk-in shower, separate bath and two marble sinks, one on each side of the bathroom. Two further bedrooms each have queen size beds and the final three bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds in each room. The villa has a total of three bathrooms - one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. A unique feature of the villa is an extended lounge on the first floor, which boasts two three seater sofa's (one converting into a queen bed) plus a two seater. There is also a further TV and VCR in this lounge, and occasional furniture. This means that the villa can accommodate 14 people in comfort. |
| Your executive pool home is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The spacious family room has plenty of comfortable seating and boasts a 35" cable TV, VCR and Hi Fi system, all set within a stunning entertainment centre. |
| As one would expect the kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of equipment including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of crockery, including plastic for outdoors, utensils and housewares. The breakfast/nook area has a large table, which comfortably seats 8-10 people and there is also a separate formal dining area. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Extra's, such as play station games, CB radio's for the parks, strollers, gas BBQ's can be arranged by our management company and paid for locally. |
