 A superb, spacious 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home ideal for large parties. This luxurious home with it's own private, heated swimming pool is available for your next Florida holiday. The villa is situated in a rural location in Kissimmee about 20 minutes from Disney World. All the other major attractions are close by.
Crescent Lakes is located about 10 minutes south of Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour. |
| The villa benefits from a large private swimming pool which is fully screened. For added luxury your villa has its own spa pool. Pool heating is an optional extra at $140 (£90) per week. The pool area has a very pleasant outlook backing onto a conservation area - ideal for those relaxing days spent soaking up the Florida sunshine. A selection of pool furniture is available for use by our guests. The villa also has a large covered porch area with tables and chairs offering shade from the Florida sun. |

| The two storey accommodation comprises of six bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen / breakfast area, spacious lounge and a separate dining area. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the remaining four are located on the first floor. The villa also has a utility room housing a washer and drier. The garage has been converted into a games room complete with pool / billiard table, basketball game and table tennis table. |

The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. Three further bedrooms each have queen size bed and two full size beds respectively and the final two bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds in each room. The villa has a total of three bathrooms - one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. This, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the upstairs lounge means that the villa can accommodate 14 people in comfort. Your executive pool home is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. The lounge area has cable television through a large 31" screen, a VCR and a DVD player. |
| As one would expect the kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of equipment and in particular an oven and hob with extractor hood, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. A cot and a high chair is provided free of charge in this villa. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. |
