The villa is situated in a quiet location offering easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. Calabay Parc is located on US27 west of Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. | Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. This beautiful Florida villa has it's own private L-shaped swimming pool which is fully screened and south facing offering views of the adjacent pine woods. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Gas heating, if required, is extra at £95 ($155) per week - please request at time of reservation. |

| At 1820 square feet the larger than average single storey accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast area and separate dining area. The spacious lounge area offers access to the patio and pool area through sliding doors which are fully alarmed to prevent young children wandering through to the pool unaccompanied. There is also a large double garage attached. Your Florida villa is equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. A crib and highchair are provided and there is a safe in which to store your valuables. A recent useful addition for laptop users is the provision of wireless internet access. |

The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The master bedroom has the added convenience of it's own TV and telephone. The second bedroom, also with it's own TV, has a queen size bed and also benefits from it's own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and has access to the adjacent third, family bathroom. This, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge, means that the villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort. Each bedroom has built in closets. Your luxury villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable network and VCR is provided in the lounge. |
| The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. |
