Built in June 2001 for vacation rental this fabulous 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Florida vacation villa can be your home during your next Florida vacation. Complete with it's own private, screened, heated swimming pool it's available for you to enjoy a little luxury on your holiday. The vacation villa is situated in a peaceful location offering easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The villa is also conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area.

Bridgewater Crossing is located a short 10 minute drive from Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, gas stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. There is a mini-market conveniently located only 500 yards from the villa and a large Publix supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. Lake Madison is a ten minute stroll away, where there is a very pleasant nature trail around the lake. Other amenities include a community pool and tennis courts. Click here for a Location Map.

Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. Champions Gate golf course is only five-minutes drive away.

Your luxury Florida vacation villa has it's own private swimming pool which is fully screened and can be heated on request at a cost of £100 / $150 per week - please request at time of reservation. Those who fancy an early morning wake up swim will appreciate the convenience of having pool access direct from one of the master bedrooms via patio doors.

Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. The patio doors are alarmed to safeguard against young children accessing the pool area unsupervised.
The single storey accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The spacious lounge area offers access to the patio and pool area through sliding doors.
The master bedroom has it's own TV and is fitted with a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and it's own en-suite bathroom. Both the third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds and they share a third separate bathroom.

This arrangement, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate 10 people in comfort. Each bedroom has built in closets.

There is a large double garage attached and the villa is equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier.
Your luxury vacation villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. Cable television, VCR and a CD player are provided for your entertainment.

The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc.

You should note that this is a no-smoking villa and that pets will not be permitted under any circumstances.
