New villa built for vacation rental in December 2000 at Ashley Manor in the Davenport area of Orlando. This beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with it's own private, screened swimming pool is available for you to rent during your Florida vacation. The villa offers easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The villa is also conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area.

Ashley Manor is located a short 10 minute drive from Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, gas stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. There is a mini-market conveniently located only 500 yards from the villa and a large Publix supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. Click here for a Location Map.

Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

Your luxury Florida villa has it's own private swimming pool which is fully screened and faces South East to catch plenty of sun. The pool deck is extended with an open aspect to the rear and has a privacy hedge to one side.

The pool area is accessed via patio doors from the master bedroom, lounge or dining room. These are alarmed for the safety of your children. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Heating, if required, is extra at £100 ($175) per week - please request at time of reservation. A Gas BBQ is available.
The single storey accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Both main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and have their own TV. There is also a large double garage attached. The separate laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble drier and there is a Playstation 2 Games Console available for your entertainment.
The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a full size bed and also has an en-suite bathroom. Both the third and fourth bedrooms are themed and each have two twin beds and their own TV's. This, means that the villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort. Each bedroom has built in closets. Families with infants will be pleased to note that a cot (crib) and baby chair is available at no additional cost.

Your luxury vacation villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge along with a DVD player and VCR.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The villa also has a BBQ available.

The villa has a telephone system. Telephone calls in this villa are FREE - long distance and international calls can be made free of charge without the use of a phone card. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc.
